Lost amidst my tear's tempestuous flow,

In rejection's depths, I aimlessly row.

As confidence wanes, her intellect gleams,

While I remain adrift in an ocean of shattered dreams.

Your eyes, like constellations, are bright and bold,

They hold worlds of wonder, stories untold.

In turmoil's grasp, I ache for your touch,

Longing for solace, craving it much.

Amidst the chaos, a spark ignites,

A flicker of hope in the darkest of nights.

Yet I struggle to grasp it, to hold it tight,

As it warms my hands and heart, evading my sight.

Reflecting on childhood, tears cascade,

Each drop is a memory, and each memory is a blade.

A captive to hope, to fears I cling,

In crumpled bits of paper, imperfect thoughts sing.

In the fire's glow, I yearn for your embrace,

Longing for your love to fill this space.

Through stumbling steps and pride that's vain,

I seek clarity to ease this pain.

A fool, unknowing, lost in disguise,

Like a dog, unaware of its size.

I stumble, I falter, in moments of rue,

I wish for wisdom, more like you.

Through trials endured, I do prevail,

In echoes of longing, the bond unveils

As chords of agony strum and hum,

Solace found in love's sweet sum.
